Refunds / Returns / Shipping Policies
Please read prior to making a purchase
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not prohibited unless of a defect on behalf of the seller. Exchanges will be considered/granted only if the incorrect product was received.
In the event an item is not received, please report the oversight to us within 24 hours after receipt of package. We will send out another package within 3 business days unless seller communicates another date depending on availability. Your item will be shipped via USPS First Class Parcel. Your tracking number will be emailed to the email address we have on file.
Return Shipping Fee:
Beauty Mixtress™️ will be glad to pay for return shipping on any error made on our part. If customer received free shipping on their order, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to return the item to Luxurious Bath Boutique regardless if the company is at fault. This however is managed on a case by case basis.
Send Beauty Mixtress™️ an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to report any errors. Instructions on how to return the product(s) will be given in email.
Returns must be received within 10 business days after the customer is notified.
All refunds will be processed within three (3) business days after orders are processed and/or returned to Beauty Mixtress™️.
Currently, Beauty Mixtress™️ ships orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) within the United States, Canada and Mexico. We ship Priority Mail and First Class Mail Parcel (13 oz. or less) within the US only.
The Priority Mail service we offer is Regular and Flat Rate. Priority Mail comes with up to $50 of insurance and tracking.
USPS First Class Parcel is available for packages with a total weight of up to 13 oz. If this option is not offered, this means your package weighs more than 13 oz. In this case, Priority Mail will be the only option offered.
If the shipping price available seems off, please check the total weight showing for your order. If the total still appears off, please feel free to contact me at email@example.com. There is a chance that the weight of one of our items may be incorrect, therefore reflecting a higher shipping price. We do our best to ensure the weight on a package is correct. If a correction is to be made, we will notify you once corrected in order for you to continue with your purchase.
